Quill Animation Tests is a collection of personal experiments focused on animation, storytelling, and scene creation in Quill. The project explores the possibilities of creating and animating stylized characters entirely in VR.
One of the most exciting aspects of working in Quill is the speed and freedom of the creative process. The software allows scenes, characters, and animations to be built directly in virtual reality, making experimentation feel immediate and highly intuitive. These tests were an opportunity to explore dynamic motion, composition, and visual storytelling in a much more immersive way compared to traditional workflows.
The project also served as a playground for developing fast iteration skills, experimenting with stylized visuals, and learning how VR-native tools can reshape the animation pipeline.
